Questions (FAQ) section to your pages. This can of course be an
invaluable addition not only in terms of content, but as a way
of handling your customers' potential buying
objections.
+ What does the FAQ widget look like, on the page?
As you can see, the FAQ widget layout out your questions and aswers in a neat, expandable list of questions and answers.
+ Does this FAQ content get spidered when the Search Engines visit my page?
Absolutley! This content is completely readable by the search engine spiders, so youll be sure to add to your content footprint as you build your FAQ over time.
+ Can I add to the FAQ over time?
Yes. You can come back to the FAQ settings at any future point, and add more questions and answers, as they occur to you (or as your customers send them in to you).
+ Can I edit the text and/or formatting?
Yes you can - you can change the fonts, styles, colors and sizes of the question text and the answer text, independently.
+ Where do I find the FAQ widget again?
You can load the FAQ widget by right-clicking on your page (where you want the FAQ to appear) then selecting the Widget Wizard. Part-way down the list of widgets you will see the FAQ option.
And of course, if your FAQ doesn't
answer the visitor's question(s) then you should really
encourage them to get in
touch so that they can send
you their question (and you can add that question - along
with a suitable answer) to your FAQ.
In this way, your customers are actually
helping you build the perfect FAQ over time!
